2009 CHALK ART FESTIVAL BRINGS OUT TALENT
Artists of all ages transformed the sidewalks from demonic Godzilla to Zoe's farm at the September 13, 2009 Chalk Art Festival. Once again under sunny skies, the artists and admirers enjoyed live music, face painting, and cool lemonade.

WAAC would like to thank all the Friends of WAAC that worked behind the scene and on the day of the event to make this all happen.

Thank you so much for giving the community a "fun art" opportunity - made more fun because we could share it together as a family. Kim Weber

Thank you for putting on such a wonderful event!  Judy Rompa, WAAC board member

It was a fun day. Another job well done! Deb Holmes

"Thanks again to everyone who helped to make the Chalk Art Festival a success," adds Linda Doyle, Chalk Art Festival organizer.

"Parents and children kneeling down on the sidewalk creating art together is priceless!  We hope to see you again next year."
